Century 21 Smith & Associates began in 2000 with only nine agents nestled comfortably inside a spacious, empty office in North Central San Antonio.  Today, it has grown to become the largest Century 21 office in San Antonio, ranking #4 out of over 4,000 Century 21 offices nationwide, with more than 200 agents who call Century 21 Smith & Associates home.

The survey results are based on 1560 telephone interviews (via computer assisted program) with a national random sample of adults (ages 25-54) who have either bought or sold a home within the past two years or plan to purchase or sell a home within the next two years. Brand awareness questions are based on a sample of 1560 respondents with a margin of error of +/- 2% at 90% confidence level. The study was conducted between January 11th - October 2nd, 2004 by Millward Brown, a leading global market research organization.
